Licensed Tools Fee

Access to the BAMS Studio platform, tools, templates, and systems for a fixed access period. Recurring and predictable.

Base Service Fee

Covers facilitation, coaching, implementation, and managed system support. Scaled to the plan level.

Success-fee logic

We believe our incentives should be tied to your outcomes. The success fee is structured around shared, measured growth — not arbitrary metrics.

Baseline measurement. We establish your current-state metrics during Foundation & Discovery — enquiries, conversion, bookings, income patterns.

Agreed growth targets. Together we define realistic targets based on your niche, location, stage, and commitment to follow-through.

Shared success. The success fee is linked to incremental value created above baseline — aligned, transparent, and measured.

60% fixed, 40% milestone-linked. Every implementation plan follows a 60/40 split. The 40% variable portion is tied to pre-agreed milestones defined during Foundation & Discovery — if milestones aren't met, you don't pay it. Transparent, aligned, and fair for both sides.
